Naturopathic Medicine offers a variety of treatments to help you meet your goals. As an ND in B.C. certified in pharmaceutical prescribing, my patients and I often have the option of considering both conventional and alternative treatments.

An initial appointment begins with a comprehensive health history, physical exams as appropriate and lab testing if needed. The initial appointment is 1 hour which allows time for you to discuss all your concerns and questions. I will take time to understand your goals and preferences, and we will then discuss treatment options. Diet and lifestyle recommendations are part of each treatment plan. The treatment options that I select most frequently (in addition to diet, lifestyle, and stress management) are botanical medicine in combination with nutraceutical supplementation.

My practice also includes aesthetic treatment options, including neuromodulator treatment (Botox) and cosmetic acupuncture.
